“What can realistically happen if I work hard at my business should I join your Leadership Team at ITV Ventures™?”

Every marketer knows that the hardest part of making money, is finding actual buyers and team members with most every home business I can think of. Except for ours! In my 5 years of marketing, I got sick of banging my head on my computer trying to find 1 person to buy my products, or even 1 person to sign up with me……that is WHY I joined ITV Ventures™ in August of 2007. We are blessed with $1 Million Dollars per week in television advertising working for us, no more chasing internet customers the hard way.

Now there are many different variables and ways that we make money with our company. Over 16 ways in fact. The best way to describe a scenario is to start from the beginning, then a little bit farther down, you will get to hear exactly how some of our team members work their business and have great success. 1. What is the realistic income with ITV Ventures™ and possible senarios. In other words, what is the bottom line?

To start off with, there are some people who join our company as a premier, which is $299. For those who do not have the whole $299, they are allowed to split that payment so they can get started right away. I love being able to offer that option to those who “think” that they could never afford to run a business. You can market your website anyway you want to, online and offline. We also have real leads in our back office that you can purchase, and these are people who either already have purchased a product, or want more info on a product or about our business. They came from calling our number on TV or radio. These people are genuine, and we teach you how to properly give them the information they are looking for, and even how to place their orders after speaking to you about a product.

Now, I joined as a premier first, but then joined our Home Agent Program a little bit later.

The Home Agent Program is where we actually use technology to actually speak to people who are calling in live from watching one of our award winning shows on TV. This program is optional. This is every marketers dream because you are working with real, live, interested people who WANT to talk to you about our products, and / or about joining our home business. To join HAP, It costs $299, plus $59 per month for the technology, and you pay for call credits. But guess what, we wave the first month of the technology cost, we wave the cost of the background check, AND, to get you started making money right away, we GIVE you $200 in call credits.

This is the way that most people go, because this is every home business marketers dream, we took the headache of trying to find buyers, and people to join our team, out of the equation. This was MY dream. In my past years of marketing, I was never good at recruiting people for my business, and It was very hard to sell my products online. The power of having those infomercials doing all the hard work for me, allowed me to concentrate on being the best customer rep, and business owner I could be.

Many marketers like myself are soooo excited over this, that they join the whole kit and kaboodle all at once, and we do have the deal that looks like this:

But here is what I tell people who have never done this sort of thing before that sign up for the whole thing, If you indeed feel you would love to take these inbound calls, then we need to start right away, looking through your back office and get it set up, and then practicing your scripts together. We need to set a time, uninterrupted, to get ready. What I do is pinpoint for them, certain audios and scripts that will have them ready to take calls in a few days while they are waiting for their IBO package to come in the mail. The reason I jump on this for these people is because, you are getting a month of free technology, you want to get using it as soon as you are ready to take calls. You must also complete a little mini HAP class before you can take calls and answer a quiz on the product you want to take calls from. Not to worry, these are easy and the product quizzes are fun. You will have the answers from either watching the infomercial on that product and / or from the scripts and quick product info sheet.

You can start slow by joining as Premier first, learning all you can about the business, practice your scripts, do some training and roll playing with me, and then when you feel you are ready for HAP, you can join it when you are ready. I did it that way. You will still get the first month of the technology free, your background check free, and $200 in call credits. Either way, it’s a win win. The leads you can get from your back office if you decided that HAP is not for you right away, are still live people that called in, so you can get started making money by calling them back.

O.k. So putting all of the costs of starting up your business aside, the next thing is to find out what you are most passionate about this company and how you see yourself running your biz (some things to think about are):

1. After viewing all the options with this company, I am the most interested in _________. (example, taking live calls, business building, building a great sales team, etc).

2. I have _______ hours per week to devote to my home business.

3. I will need to learn how to _________ so that I can _________ as fast as possible.

Now, since there are so many ways that you can make money, I can only give you a couple of examples. You should know that anything you sell, you get commissions for that product in a check that week. We make anywhere from 35% to 50% on each sale. For example, let’s say I want to take orders using my HAP system. Here’s what would happen:

Call Credits – priced individually anywhere from $5-25 (you must read on to find out how we are going to be able to get our call credits for free and extra commissions from that!!!!) And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better!!

The Home Agent Program is a two-part system. There are two components that work in conjunction with each other.
1) The Routing Technology – brings the calls to your phone.
2) The Call Credits – makes the phone ring.

Every time the phone rings it uses call credits. The prices for these call credits vary with each infomercial. Each infomercial is different; the products and their prices, the amount of commission you can make. For instance if I take an order for one of our Naked Minerals™ Makeup Kits the commission I receive is from $60-$90. I wouldn’t mind if that call credit costs me $25!

Don’t forget, that since these are now our lifetime customers that we will never have to pay for an order from them again. We’ll get paid, over and over again, from every re-order and new order for the life of that customer. There’s no telling how much we can profit from one customer over the course of time!

O.k, now sometimes people go on order assurance, which means they get their products monthly or tri-monthly. Again, you will get a monthly check for that on top of your weekly check. Now lets say you were talking with a customer, taking their order, and at the end of the conversation, you give them your home phone number if they should have any questions for you about the product. I have had this happen many times: they will say, “What? you are doing this from home? Can I do something like this?”. There you go, you have someone interested in joining your sales team, so we teach you how to follow up with them. When you sign someone up, you get another check for $100 (and I didn’t even have to beg them to join me, they just found it interesting that I was providing customer service to them from home. I gave them my home phone number in passing, that’s it). Then, you earn more money on group volume, on your teams sales. Gosh, there is so many ways to make money realistically, the best way is to Click Here and see what it all boils down to. When You Suck At Building A Team, and Getting People To Join Your Business,

YOU WILL LOVE THIS SECTION:

I usually talk to other network marketers who are interested in ITV Ventures™, but they tell me that they really hate trying to recruit people. I let them know that you really do not have to if you don’t want to with ITV Ventures™. You can make good money just by selling the products, and by taking inbound calls. Guess what? I was one of those people when I joined. I totally sucked at recruiting and I didn’t think I was going to go that route. But a funny thing happens in this business and you’ll see in a bit……

For those who want to build a sales team, we’ve made that easy in many ways. For me, this business has been a dream come true because, we air our Business Opportunity show on TV also. Again, I log in, use call credits, my phone rings, I follow a script and speak to the person who wants to know all about how to get started.

If You Hate Recruiting, Listen to these crazy scenarios that happens a lot. Sometimes team members come from the least little bit of info that I might have said at the end of a customer call. It’s like recruiting without recruiting, really! This is yet another way we get paid, if you chose to. We make $100 fast start bonus for each recruit. I have never seen anything work so well than these scenarios, ever! Here’s that funny thing that happens that I told you about…..

Sometimes our team members come from the most unlikely places. Where you ask? Well, there are some people who just love taking product calls. They may not take opportunity calls. Here is what I do at the end of a product call: I thank the person for their order, and I also give them my personal phone number if they have any questions about the product, I also tell them that I will call back in a couple of weeks to make sure that they got their package and to see how they are doing with it. When I give the customer my home phone number, the person usually says, “oh, you’re doing this at home?”. I say yes, I am partnered with ITV Ventures™ and I really enjoy what I do. Then the next thing you know, they are very interested in hearing more. So what I say is, “when I am through taking calls, I can call you back and show you how it works”. I also tell them to pass my phone number along to anyone that they think would be interested in learning more. Then I be sure to call them and send them to my website. If they happen to be near a computer, I walk through the site with them. So what may have started out as a customer for a product, also turned into a Leadership Team member.

SAYING JUST 9 WORDS IN PASSING, GETS ME A PROSPECT FOR MY TEAM WITHOUT EVEN BATTING AN EYELASH:

THOSE WORDS ARE, “LET ME GIVE YOU MY HOME PHONE NUMBER HERE”

My sponsor, Mary Ellen, has 2 small children. Sometimes when she is speaking with a customer, they can hear the kids playing. In passing, she will say, don’t mind my kids, I am working at home. And boy, doesn’t that perk the customers ear up. They say something like, “wow, I have kids too, I would love to be able to do what you are doing, how can I do this too?” “Well hey, I can just as easily answer a phone and take an order, please call me back when you are through.”

Who Are These Fresh Faced Prospects That No One Ever Considered?

1. Stay at home moms and dads

2. Full and Part time shift workers

3. Retirees

4. Customers that already use our products

5. Professionals, Bankers, Real Estate Brokers, Office Management

6. Unemployed

7. Students

8. Sales people from various stores like Walmart, etc.

9. Network Marketers

10. People with disabilities

11. People from all walks of life

12. Here’s the biggie with me, most of the time, these people called and ordered our products. They know the products and love them ALREADY. That is how they are so good at helping customers and selling to them when they join my team. When someone already loves the product, potential customers feel the trust.

They all have things in common, they want to make money, they all love helping people, they love our products already, they all know how to talk on the phone and read a script. Why wouldn’t they want to join our team? These people become successful because we all get trained by Corporate, and our Leadership Team. They might be newbies, but become total professionals in a short time. They follow directions, they TAKE ACTION, they take this opportunity serious. They are not ruined by traditional home business models that break their bank accounts and break their spirits. These are the fresh faced new entrepreneurs!

The biggest question I get from prospects:

“If I were to work for 2 or 3 hours per day, is it possible to make $100 or $200 per week?”, I can honestly say that if you practiced your script, worked with anyone on our team in our live team conference/chat room, and got yourself prepared to jump in and talk to people, it could very well be more than probable that you could make that amount each day, at least. It depends on the individual on how well they practice and learn everything they can about that product and how to answer customers questions. If you were to take 1 or 2 calls a day, you certainly could make quite a bit of money, not to mention, some of these people even choose to order things on the order assurance program, meaning they receive that product every month, therefore, you will begin to receive monthly checks for that too. It all depends on you. We have several success stories from our team members that got success quickly, and when you hear part of our training, and hear these people tell how they made realistic, lifechanging income using HAP, you will see that this business is very doable, whether you start out slow, or jump in with both guns blazing.

For my readers that have other home businesses, it’s o.k. if you read this post for my team members. Don’t forget, there are tons of my personal marketing strategies that you can use for any business, all through my blog, so please feel at home here.

Hey Team and visitors! There has been a lot going on at ITV Ventures™ since our exciting convention in Niagara Falls at the end of May. Every time we have one, they unveil mind blowing opportunities for us and this time was no different! Make sure you get the full details from the bulletin board at the corporate site, but for now, I’ll give you the gist of things:

Without going into too many details, we are now airing on TV, more new products and the results of the sales being made by our Home Agents are phenomenal. One such product is called Straight 2 Sleep™. You can see the infomercial by clicking here, to see what the product does, and see why we are going to need a whole lot of home agents in on collecting some great commission checks. Just think, there are over 70 million people in the USA who have sleep problems. I know I do. I placed an order so I could try it out, and if it does what it says it does, I am going to really concentrate on this brand new show. Believe me, I average about 5 hours of sleep each night, so I really need to find out if this will quiet my mind down and let me sleep through the night without drugs (I was always too chicken to take sleep medications). I will let everyone know how it works, and how I do on making commissions.

Another exciting thing is we will be able to make great money through another new show we are airing, that will save people 15% on their electric bills with no hassles (who on earth wouldn’t want that???). We will be earning great universal call credits from this so we can keep building our customer bases and team members by taking infomercial calls. We get $25 for each person that signs up with the power company.

Team Strategy: Since we have already gotten our scripts for taking these calls for our new shows, now is the time to read them over! (many Home Agents jumped in on the Straight 2 Sleep™ shows over the weekend and had awesome results). If you are new, All we do to get ready to take calls is, watch the infomercials, learn about the product we are going to be taking calls on (just in case someone has certain questions when they call, we will know the answers), and we practice our scripts. That’s it. Then we log in, and our phone rings, we read the script, take the order, and voila, commissions. I will help you with all of that so give me a call and lets get you ready in a day or two o.k?

For those who already have taken calls in the past, the best thing you can do is jump right in and start taking these new calls, if you don’t, you are really going to miss out on some killer commission checks! The closing ratios on these new shows have been outstanding due to the new, shorter, and well written scripts (not to mention, EVERYONE WANTS TO PARTAKE IN SAVING ON THEIR ELECTRIC BILLS, EVERYONE WANTS TO MAKE MORE MONEY, AND 70 MILLION PEOPLE NEED A HEALTHY WAY TO SLEEP). This business is great for those who already work a full time job, and for those who want to build a career at home. Here are some examples of how some of our team members work their businesses:

Full and Part Time Workers, Shift workers, and very busy moms and dads: Whether you work days or nights, you will always find shows going on where you can take some calls. Lets say you get home at 2 a.m. in the morning. You grab a bite to eat, relax a bit while you check your emails and maybe listen to some archived team training calls of your choice (I like to relax on the couch while I listen to them). They could be about making more sales, learning to read scripts, building your business. You can book the shows that you want to take calls on all week by logging into the HAP system, yes, shows go on almost 24/7. Let’s say you forgot to book a show on this night that you got home at 2, that’s o.k. You can log in and take spill over calls.

Stay at home moms and dads, retirees, and college students with the summer off: I will use myself in this example: I get up and have my coffee while I check my emails and reply to some of them, follow up with some leads or customers. I log into my team conference room and say hey to everyone in there and check to see the latest training archives or live trainings that we may have going on throughout the day. I log into my back office to check for any corporate bulletins and trainings. Depending on the shows, times, etc, I look at the schedule and book whatever I want and for as long as I want. You can book half hour blocks or work for hours, it’s up to you. Then I take some time to do some household stuff, practice my songs for my band, or go shopping, etc. Then in the afternoon, I may do some internet marketing for an hour or two (which you do not have to do if you don’t want to, but I have a lot of things on this blog that will show you how to advertise online if you wish, just look around). Then I usually start supper, watch some of my favorite shows, call into a team brainstorming call and go to bed. If I can’t sleep and I get up in the middle of the night, I can very well log in and take some spill over calls for a half hour or an hour.

So you see, you can work as much or as little as you want. It is a great way for those who do work full time to ease into this business, and eventually, you will be able to work at home full time. We have emergency room nurses, real estate agents, busy moms, college students, retirees, and people who have never had a home business before, becoming great success stories. Some start off slow, some start off with both guns blazing. The key is to just start! At least do a little something everyday. I myself am a different bird, I add extra time marketing online, marketing is something I love so I spend more time than others on my team does. (even though I know it’s not necessary, I just feel it’s important for those out there that need help, to know that there are alternatives).

Our team members come up with their own schedules according to their lifestyles, write them down, and keep appointment books or calendars handy. They also make sure they have time to relax, we can’t forget that!

Now, Some Thoughts About How To Become Rich, for my bestus readers and visitors in the whole world!

I’m sure you’re wondering how to become rich. What does rich mean? Well, it could mean rich in time, rich in family closeness, and, of course, financially. But how do you reach these lofty goals?

Here are some ways it happens:

1. Win the lottery, which is not very likely for most everyone.

2. Inheritance, for most people, that’s a long shot.

3. Invent something, and then you will have to spend all your money just to get it out there, manufactured, etc.

4. Be born with talent in high demand. There is too much competition out there, you better be dang good. I have some talent, and made SOME money with it, but holy cow, take a trip to Nashville someday and see all the poor super singers and guitar players practically living in the streets because the competition is so high. I just do it for fun, but for those people, it’s sad!

5. Partner up with an established business – Find a company that will allow you to run your own business, while at the same time, take advantage of their product, their research, their legal team, their customer service, and their advertising. Make sure the compensation plan is structured in a way that will allow you to earn residual income and ask them to send those customers to you! Is there such a creature? You bet there is!

If you have the will to be rich, whether is rich in time, rich in family and friends, or even financially, take action because no one else is going to do it for you, and you are more than likely not going to win the lottery, or get an inheritance. Take action no matter what your goals are.

My personal definition of rich is:

1. Being free to do anything I want, on my time.

2. Having my bills paid and some money left over to get me a few little things and make a nice nest egg.

3. Being close with my family and visiting them often.

4. Having my friends close to me and have a blast with them.

5. Making people smile with my music.

6. Lending a helping hand at my local retirement home, and at our Legions charity events.

7. Being able to take a vacation whenever I want. I am a simple girl so I like camping, going to the ocean once in a while, things like that.

8. Being able to get my step daughter and husband some nice things.

9. I would eventually like to set up a little music scholarship in my fathers name for a local high school.

10. Have the time to just plain relax and pamper myself, be more healthy.

They probably do not sound like huge goals to you, but to me, having those 10 things would mean that I am definitely RICH. Everyday, I am that much closer to my goal of becoming rich.
